Established in 1997, Community Partners in Carding, a tax-exempt non-profit (Tax ID 77-0477176) community outreach organization that coordinates volunteers to provide FREE services for the elderly living in the Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valleys. For over 20 years, Community Partners in Caring (CPC) has had a singular focus:
